You will find the update in the App Store, as aways it's not really a good idea to update in the middle of a project and also make sure you backup all Libraries etc. Hopefully the Library load times will see a big improvement. So it is good to see that today we have an update to 10.6.,1 which looks to have addressed a lot of those issues.
